"We," "Us", or collectively, as "Company") is committed to maintaining
the privacy of your information and to safeguard your privacy online.
Please read the information below about our use of your Personal Information
(defined below). This privacy policy, which is a party of our User
Agreement, sets forth our practices regarding the collection and use
of "Personal Information" from independent professionals who have
registered with PARTNERS IN LIFl, and people seeking to hire experts
as well as the choices we offer such parties regarding the use of
this information. A user seeking an independent professional or posting
a question that has registered for Love-Track through our membership
registrationl. If you are an expert, "Personal Information" means
information that personally identifies you, including for example,
your name, address, email address, work experience, range of payment
for your services, references, skills and educational background,
and in the future your credit card or other payment information. If
you are a user, "Personal Information" means information that personally
identifies you, including for example, the name of your company, your
name, your title, phone number, address, email address, a description
of the Gig you are posting including payment range and skills desired,
a description of the hiring organization and in the future your credit
card or other payment information. "Web Site" means this website under
the domain Love-Track . Questions, comments, or requests regarding

Collection of Information. We do not collect any Personal Information
about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain
Personal Information to us when you (a) register for Love-Track and
register your email address with us; (b) enter sweepstakes or contests
sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) sign up for special offers
from selected third parties; (d) send email messages, submit forms
or send other information; (e) if you are a expert and you create
an expert profile, post your personal information (including skills,
references and education history) in your Profile, respond to search
information through Love-Track , or submit your credit card or other
payment information, or (f) if you are a user, post a job listing
or job information, or submit your credit card or other payment information.
We may collect Personal Information from you at other points on our
site that state that Personal Information is being collected. In the
future, we may also receive certain Personal Information from third
parties you have authorized to disclose such information. We do not
wish to obtain Personal Information from individuals under the age
of 18. Disclosure of Information. Unless we tell you otherwise, we
do not give, sell or rent your Personal Information to any third parties
unless we have received your express approval to do so. However, we
may give, sell or rent aggregated (anonymous) information about our
users generally. If you are an expert and include Personal Information
(such as your work experience) in your Profile, you agree that we
may disclose your Personal Information to users and other experts.
This Personal Information will be viewable by users and other expertsof
the Web Site and such parties may contact you directly based on this
information. In addition, simply by creating a Profile, the following
information including your name, work experience, expertise and skills,
work preferences (such as travel and location), and education will
be disclosed to and viewable by anyone viewing the Web Site that is
not an expert or user unless you make such information private. Your
address, phone number and/or email address are not visible to any
people that are not registered. If you are a user, and post a question
on Love-Track , your Personal Information (or portions thereof) included
in such listing will be posted on Love-Track for experts and other
users to view and will include the capability of any expert or user
of the Web Site to communicate with you directly regarding your question.
This capability may include an email sent by an expert or user directly
to you. If you expressly indicate that you would like to receive information
about products and services from third parties, we may disclose your
name and email address to these parties. In addition, simply by posting
a question on the Web Site, the following information including job
description, required skills and qualifications (including certifications
and education), location, duration, estimated pay rate and other relevant
pay information, and tax type will be disclosed to and viewable by
anyone viewing the Web Site that is not an expert or user, unless
you make such information private by going to http://www.Love-Track
/gig/. In addition, in order to provide you with certain features
of the Web Site that will be provided by our third party partners
in the future, we will need to disclose some of your Personal Information
to these third party partners. You should note that Personal Information
that you voluntarily disclose in any chat rooms, forums, message boards
and/or news groups that are offered on the Web Site may be disclosed
to and used by third parties. Use of Information. We use Personal
Information, among other things, to anticipate and resolve problems
with your service, to personalize your service, to investigate activity
that may violate our Terms of Service, and to develop and market products
and services that may be of interest to you. In addition, we use Personal

(i.e., if you are an expert and post your Profile, you agree that
we may place your Personal Information in a database searchable by
users and experts and certain portions may be viewable by anyone viewing
the Web Site (as specified above). If you are a user and post a question,
you agree that we will place your job listing in a database viewable
by other users and experts and certain portions viewable by anyone
viewing the Web Site (as specified above). If you sign up for an email
newsletter, we will send the email newsletter to the address you provide
us. We will use Personal Information about you to deliver information
to you that target your interests. However, unless you tell us otherwise,
we will not use Personal Information collected from the Web Site to
send unsolicited mailings to you. Third Party Sites. This policy only
addresses our activities from our servers. Other sites (including
those third party sites or services which we co-brand) may have their
own policies and practices, which we do not control, and thus are
not addressed by this policy. Review and Removal of Your Personally
Identifiable Data. If you provide us with Personal Information during
your use of the Web Site (including your Profile if you are an expert
or a question if you are a user), we will provide you with a way to
review the information we have on file and either change or remove
such data from your Profile or question. If you delete such information,
it cannot be used by us or disclosed to third parties in the future.
You can opt out of receiving email messages from us about products
and services that may be of interest to you at any time. You can also
opt out of having us disclose your Personal Information to our third
party partners that provide certain features of the service (in which
case you will not be able to access these features). To the extent
that such information is also stored in other databases, we cannot
always ensure that such corrections or deletions will reach the other
databases. If you wish to have information you provided to us online
removed from our records, please provide us with the information as
