Lou Paget
is doing for sexuality in contemporary culture what the Kama Sutra
did for ancient Indian civilizations.
She began her career as a personal development
coach in Los Angeles after leaving her native Calgary, Alberta,
Canada in 1989. With a strong background in physical sciences and
15 years research in human sexuality, Paget began organizing women's
focus groups on sex in the early 90s. What she didn't know was that
her small, informal discussions would explode into some of the most
popular and revolutionary sexual forums in the country.
With the popularity of her books "How
to be a Great Lover" and "How
to Give Her Absolute Pleasure" and her seminars, it is
apparent Paget has struck a collective societal nerve. She is a
respected and highly sought-after source for major consumer magazines
including Cosmopolitan, Glamour, JANE, Vanity Fair, Marie Claire,
Redbook, Men's Health, Bride's and Playboy, and has been interviewed
on national radio programs.
A recognizable face on television worldwide,
she has been the subject of the highly touted HBO "Real Sex" series,
and made a cameo appearance in the sexually charged film "Body Shots."
