Joel Crohn,
Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist in
private practice in San Rafael, CA who has researched, written,
and lectured nationally to mental health professionals and general
audiences about cross-cultural issues in love and work for over
fifteen years. He is the author of
Mixed Matches: How to Create Successful Interracial, Interethnic, and Interfaith Relationships,
(Fawcett, 1995), the first popular book to explore the problems
and possibilities of intimate intercultural relationships. He is
the co-author of the new book, Fighting for Your Jewish Marriage,
which adapts the acclaimed PREP approach to relationship enhancement
for the special issues facing Jewish and interfaith couples. His
work has been featured frequently in the media, including the Leeza
Show, The Love Chronicles (A&E), and the San Francisco Chronicle.
