I am a caring stress management counselor....I work
with people to help them adjust their attitude,, because it isn't
what happens to you.... it 's how you deal with it. Some topics
discussed are relationships, time management, self-esteem and weight
issues.
I have been quoted frequently in the press, have appeared
as a guest on television, radio and the Internet. I have written
articles for several publications. I am a very good motivator and
frequently clients are able to make positive change in their life.
