As a fellow female. I know what it is to get bloated and have major muchies when its time for my period. I've tryed to eat healthy when it comes to it but I get these horrible sweet-salt cravings. I've learned that, look just have some clothes that fit you bigger for that time of the month =). Just live with the fact that your a women, you get your period, its nature so theirs really nothing you can do about it. . . . (just dont pig-out all month long, cuz you'll find yourself with a little weight problem) |
